No, two type O parents can only have type O children. See the table below from www.dna-bioscience.co.uk/did_you_know_abo.shtml

If you look at the row for mother's blood type O where it intersects with the column for father's blood type O, you will see that the child's blood type must be O. For the child to be Rh+, only one of the parents has to be Rh+.

Can 0 positive parents born an A positive child?

With genetic mutations during replication, anything is possible. But, in general two O negative parents could only have a child that is O negative. Conversely, two O positive parents could have a child that is either O negative or O positive.

If father has blood type B positive and mother has blood type A negative what may be the blood type of the child and are there any possible problems possible for the child?

If the child is Rh positive, and it is the mother's second child, the mother's antibodies will attack the child's red blood cells when the blood becomes mixed during labor. An injection called RhoGAM will be administered to the mother right before delivery to prevent any attack of fetal red blood cells.

Can a person that has o positive blood and a person with a positive blood make a child that has a negative blood?

CAN TWO POSITIVE BLOOD TYPES MAKE a negative blood type

Can a parent with type a positive and a parent with type b positive have a child with o positive blood?

Depending on their genotype this can be possible. A, B and O refer to the so-called phenotype, which means the actual testable result of genetic information. The genotype on the other hand refers to the actual genetic information of an individual. There are basically three genes that code the AB0 system, a gene for A, a gene for B and a gene for 0 (actually there are subtypes, but this is not important here). Everyone has two genes, one on each chromosome of a pair of chromosomes. One gene is inherited form the mother, the other one from the father. This combination is called genotype. Depending on the combination of genes the four phenotypes are formed. The genotypes are AA and A0 for phenotype A, BB and B0 for phenotype B, AB for phenotype AB and 00 for phenotype 0. Now to answer the question precisely one would have to know the genotypes of the parents. For example if the parents are genotypes A0 and B0 then the children could have any of the four blood types. The answer would be "yes", as it is possible for the child to to inherit the gene (better a gene) for the positive rhesus factor if both parents have it. If on the other hand the parents have the genotypes A0/BB, AA/B0 or AA/BB then it is impossible for them to have a child with blood type 0 as no combination would produce the genotype 00 necessary for the phenotype 0. Conclusion: It it can be possible. So a child with blood type 0 positive can come from a couple with blood types A positive and B positive. But not all couples with this constellation of blood types will be able to have a child with blood type 0.

Is it possible for parents who are both blood group O to have babies who are blood group A?

If one parent has blood type B and the other blood type O, it is possible to have a baby of blood type O or B. It is NOT possible (0% chance) to have a baby with blood type A.
