If it's the outer handle you would need to remove the door panel, then remove the rivits that hold the handle to the outside of the car. Then remove the window track and slide it down inside of the door and unhook the rod on the handle,and now you can slide the door handle out.

There is 2 covers on the handle above the main handle with all of your switches. Remove them and the 2 bolts and slide the plastic piece through the door handle slide the panel up as you are pulling on the handle to let it slide through the door panel. On a 2005, you have to pop the little speaker out by the door handle. They you can pop off the frame around the handle. On the pull handle you have to pop off the front part of it. Then there is two screws in the handle. You also have to pop off the little plastic cover by the mirror. Then there is 3 or 4 screws on the bottom of the door. After that you can slide the door panel up and over the lock.
