If you have had your period but it stopped and the tests say positive and you just had a baby who is now 5 months old are you really pregnant or is it hormones?

maybe you are really pregnat. you already made a test and it says you are pregnant. my advice is to see a doctor or wait for a month or 2 and try to test again.
