Obviously, if the body was intact, yes, according to the Catholic church. The child would be baptized and probably given a name. the body would have to be buried in consecrated grounds, many cemeteries have a special juvenile section. whether there would be a viewing would depend on the condition of the body and the attitudes of the parents. The Mass used(church funeral) would be what is called a Mass of The Angels. It is a tragic circumstance, not to be confused with surgically removed dysfunctional body parts which are of course, medical waste, not (Soul body)I know of one such incident, the stillborn child was given the name of Karl.
