technically, yes but to accomplish that you would have to rip of your entire bone, not just the skin
yes that is ture
it will start licking the pot or the blob you have put down but it will not lick it if it doesn't like it or if it is off.
Dogs lick your for a couple reasons... Either they want to get your attention,or they just like you. Some dogs just lick you for the salt on your skin.

You chain them down to the floor, rip their trousers off and start licking away their anus until it bleeds vigorously.
Yes, but you must make sure the animal does not lick it off. Licking it can make them sick.
because their getting ready to vomit and they want to get ready to vomit and when their done they lick all the excese vomit off :)
it very much depends on what they are licking ... if they are licking rotten food ... they are licking it to find out what type of food it was or other details . if they are licking their owner or something of there owners they do very much enjoy it !
Why do Rotties lick? Well I'll tell you that Rotties arent the only breed that licks! I had a Maltese for eleven years and she was always licking: people, toys, the floor, her paws, etc. As for why...well, many reasons. If the dog is licking itself it could be a quick "cleaning", they could be itchy, it could be a nervous habit, they could have hot-spots, etc. I would see your vet if they are continually licking themselves, especially if the fur is falling out. If they are licking an object or floor it could be because of a lingering taste like food, boredom, play. If you are the one being licked it could be because you taste good ^_^ or the dog is licking the salt off your skin. Dogs also show submission by licking, so that could be it too. What a stupid question!
My dog had same issue....I used diaper rash cream. The trick is to keep the dog from trying to lick it off. If that doesnt work, try neosporen. But if the dog keeps licking it off, it wont do any good
It licks it forearms because the evaporation around this area will cool its body down.
dogs lick people to get to know someone and dogs lick people when their happy.
