Which course is better to study regarding its scope and future prospect between the following two courses corporate law or cyber law?

I took corporate law last semester. The main focus of the course is the specialized law of corporations including formation, articles of incorporation, bylaws, role of directors and officers and fiduciary duties of both, liability, issuing stock, buying and selling stock, distribution of dividends, dissolution and dissociation of corporations. I assume corporation law will be crucial in the future if you are considering starting a business or dealing with large companies. The scope of corporation law is more foundational than cyber law. Although I have not taken cyber law, I assume it will be more universal and apply to more situations than corporations.
