You can't explore the Jedi Temple in the Xbox version. That's available only in the Wii and PS2 versions
Only the Wii and PS2 versions of the Force Unleashed have levels at the Jedi Temple. You go there three times. First time is after you defeat Kota above Nar Shadaa. Second time is after you defeat Kazdan Paratus. Third time is after you enlist a drunken Kota to your team
