You cannot the only way to get someone to live with you is to propose to them and not only that you cannot marry story mode people. You must create a sim in free play then try your best to get your story mode sim and freeplay sim to meet.
(Note: Much easier when you unlock free street 1, 2 &3 for visiting)
You visit Dudley's house and at the back of it (where the broken car is) there is a fern that you can click on. He will then respond by saying something like, 'I didn't steal any fern, oh you mean that one?'
That is decided by the person proposing or drawing the rectangle.
No but you can kill the person you want to get rid of. If only it was that easy in real life :D

In all Harvest Moon games the Blue Feather is used to propose to the person you want to marry. However, there are other requirements besides just proposing with the feather. The person will not accept if you haven't completed all the requirements. The requirements are different for almost all Harvest Moon games.
Yes you can get married in Sims Bustin Out. You only can get married from people on Free Street. All you have to do is call your boyfriend or girlfriend over, make them a meal, let them go to the bathroom and while they are in the bathroom watch tv and call them over. when they get up propose
You can turn a friend into a lover by proposing them. The proposal should be good enough to impress the other person.

The meaning of the poem "Ancestors" by Dudley Randall is that you don't need to be royalty to be proud of your background. Dudley Randall was African American and his ancestors were slaves, yet he was as happy with them as ancestors as if they were royalty. Dudley explains in the poem that he just wants everybody to be treated equally. So, basically, you don't need to be fancy/royalty/famous to be a person that somebody looks up to. Hope this helps! :)
