I believe it was Meet Me In St. Louis. It was sung by Judy Garland's character to comfort her youngest sister. She did not wish to leave her "favorite city" and the large home she had grown up in. However, their father had gotten a job in New York and they had to move. In the end, they all decide to stay and the father turns down the job.
