In the manga, Natsume kisses Mikan on chapter 50,,But they do not kiss in the anime.The only part which was close to a kiss in the anime, was when the class was doing a play and Mikan was the prince and Ruka-pyon was the princess. Mikan then pulls away and catches her breath, because she didn't breathe while kissing Natsume. Natsume says that it was just a kiss and nothing special. He jumps down from the tree and leaves. I absolutely LOVE this part!!!! :D
