I know hotel Jalta, it´s stylish boutique hotel on majestic Wenceslas Square in the center of Prague. Very specific designed, great service, beautifull view on Wenceslas Square, magic atmosphere - especially nightlife in Prague. I think hotel Jalta is not only accommodation, it´s specific lifestyle, when I was in Prague, I feel it.

No, it doesn't. There are "cabarets", stripclubs and other "topless" bars scattered around the city, especially in Zizkov and New Town around Vaclavske Namesti (Wenceslas square) and Uhelny Trh, and the street Ve Smeckach spreads a large pink glow at night on Wenceslas square because of several of these places and "casinos" gathered there, but this is not what you could call a red light district.
