mostly heel, because when you walk, both of your feet when you walk you have to pick up your heel when one foot is on the ground when you walk, then the heel goes back down, and sometimes your heel might start to get pain, if you walk extremely far away

WebMd explains that the foot has a thick, fibrous band of tissue under the foot called the "fascia" which reaches from heel to toe. When this tissue is overly stretched or exerted it gets inflamed, and becomes painful when walking or running or even standing. Of course, you may want to see a foot specialist. But also, you can try a specialized shoe insert called heel orthotic. I like "Heel Defender" on Amazon.

Muscle contracture and connective tissue adhesions are the contributing factors to plantar fasciitis. Loosening of the fibers on the sole of the foot can provide some relief. A massage therapist can perform this for you safely, especially if they specialize in sports massage.

What causes Plantar?

Plantar fasciitis is a condition caused by repetitive injury to the plantar fascia. Repetitive injury results in inflammation that can be painful. Longstanding inflammation and repetitive injury leads to chronic pathologic changes, usually near the origin of the plantar fascia. Tightness of the plantar fascia and Achilles tendon/calf musculature are predisposing factors.Plantar fasciitis is common in:People who spend considerable amounts of time on their feet (mail carriers, warehouse workers, construction workers)People with certain foot alignment abnormalitiesRunners (especially long distance runners who cause constant, repetitive stress on the plantar fascia)Overweight individualsPeople with certain rheumatologic conditions

Can kids get plantar fasciitis?

defiatly yes, kids can get plantar fasciitis, but the way to know the effect on kids is when the feet is reddish in colour. you should immediately consult your doctor to check if you have plantar fasciitis. This is the most common cause of heel pain. It is a situation occurring due to the inflammation of foot ligament holding the back of the kid's foot. Tears caused in this fascia ligament due to excessive running and foot stretching can cause pain in heel. the kid might feel chronic pain especially in the morning while walking, crawling or walking after taking some amount of rest.
