There is no such thing as "2 clock noon." What you appear to mean is two o'clock after noon as opposed to midnight. If this is the case, it would be p.m.
A normal clock has twelve hours and it goes through two cycles of that period every day. There are occasions when you need to know whether it the time referred to is in the fist cycle (midnight to noon = am) or the second (noon to midnight = pm).
Noon is PM, midnight is AM.
It's more accurate to say that it's neither. AM is short for ante meridiem, which is Latin for before the middle of the day. PM is short for post meridiem, which is Latin for after the middle of the day. Since 1200 noon is the middle of the day, it is neither before the middle of the day nor after the middle of the day. A millisecond before noon, the clock displays 11:59 AM, and a millisecond after noon, the clock displays 12:00 PM. The time in between, called noon, is such an infinitesimally short period of time that who is to say that the clock was not actually displaying "12:00 NOON" during that particular nanosecond. ;)
If it is 3:15 it will be between midnight and noon or am. If it is 15:15 it will be between noon and midnight or pm.
12 pm - 2 pm is 2 hours. 2 hours. 12 pm is considered to be noon. MIdnight is 12 am.
It starts at 12 noon and continues until midnight

On a 24 hour clock, 7 am is 07:00 and is from midnight to noon. 7 pm is 19:00 and is from noon to midnight.
Times denoted with pm occur between 12 noon and midnight. 5.35pm is thus 5.35 + 12 = 17.35 using the 24hr clock.
PM.
Yes we do. We usually measure AM from midnight to 12 noon, and PM from noon to midnight. However - travel-orientated situations use the 24-hour clock to avoid confusion.
2am is 2 hours after midnight. 2 pm is 2 hours after noon.
Noon is PM, midnight is AM.
It is 10:00 PM (Post Meridiem, meaning "after noon" in the 12-hour clock).Or 22:00 (in the 24-hour clock).
