In theory Afghanistan has a codified constitution from which it is governed by a President, a bicameral legislature and an independent judiciary.
However, Afganistan's political system is riddled with much corruption. There are undoubtedly some Afghans who are exerting more influence of the executive, the legislature and the judiciary than they should be which means that too all effects there will be some aristocrats governin the country.
