Yes it is, but it also offers a life experience degree as well as other universities do. It is known for its lifetime experience degrees, but they do offer an online schooling system as long as you are willing to pay. It is worldwide and can be done when ever you wish. Most of it is reading and open book testing. Not accepted by many because of this system. Many license fields in trades, etc. use open book testing and is time limited. This system is used in Ashwood University. You read, you test. You watch video speaking professor's and test. Easy to pass, as long as you pay attention. Books offered online or buy your own if needed. That was some time ago.
