...then, yes, it is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA-HLC), which is one of the United State's six big "regional" accreditors approved by the US Department of Education (USDE), and the USDE-sanctioned Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).

The far easier way to determine such things, though, is to just take one or two minutes (it literally only takes that long) to look-up the school in question in either or both of the USDE and/or CHEA databases. I've put links to them in the "sources and related links" section of this web page, below.

As long as any school is listed in at least one of those databases, then said school is at least accredited by a USDE- and/or CHEA-approved agency; and that's good, even if the accreditor is not one of the "regional" ones. Accreditation by any of the USDE- and/or CHEA-approved "national" accreditors is good and has merit, too. However, many consider "regional" accreditation the "gold standard" of accreditation, and some even insist on it.

So then, not all USDE- and/or CHEA-approved accreditors are "regional" accreditors. In the "sources and related links" section, below, is a link to the CHEA list of "regional" accreditors. Even if the school in question is listed in either or both of the USDE and/or CHEA databases, its accreditor is one of the "regional" accreditors only if it appears on the aforementioned CHEA list.

Use those databases next time, rather than asking in a place like this. It's better and faster and far more reliable.

Unless they're blatantly lying on their website, yes. I didn't actually call the North Central Association to verify it.

Unlike a lot of places that claim to be "accredited", Bellevue's accreditation actually comes from a legitimate accrediting organization (a lot of diploma mills are "accredited" by, basically, Joe's Accreditation and Dog Wash, Inc, whose motto is "If your check clears, you're accredited").
