Buddhism is an immense philosophy. To claim that it is true would be redundant, as Buddhism is divided amongst many Buddhists with specific disagreements over certain teachings. It's something that you need to judge for yourself, not have someone else judge for you.

Most religions or philosophies are an attempt to understand the interactions of people with everything else. Each satisfies some folks and disturbs other.
