Well It depends who you are. I would not recommend children under 7 or 8 to go on. Unless they love water rides and are not scared of Dinosaurs whatsoever. At the end it is a little frightening.
(read if you are still concerned, and is okay with spoiling the end)
At the end you go through a big tunnel going up. There are some dinosaurs popping out behind the walls. And at the end a huge T-Rex pops his head out from the top and roars. Then you drop quite far down and splash onto a track.
How wet you get on 10. 7/10 Pretty wet

It depends. For a young child, seeing life-size carnivorous dinosaurs lunge within feet of your tour boat could be traumatizing or exhilarating. And of course, the 84 ft. plunge at the end could test the bravery of anyone.
For a child, if they're tall enough to ride it anyways and can make it through the Jurassic Park movies without too much trouble, they'll probably be fine. Most of the ride is outdoors with clear lighting and relatively little simulated danger. The dark portion is only a few minutes long with maybe 2 or 3 scary encounters.
If you're an adult, the dark corridors, loud noises, and rubbery dinosaurs probably won't set off any panic attacks, though if you have a fear of heights the flume could cause some anxiety.

Jurassic Park, Jurassic Park: The Lost World and Jurassic Park 3.
There are only two, and none of them are scary. One is like a kiddy ride, and the other is just a moving, turning, from side to side ride.
