Probably one of the best games on Wii. Metroid Prime Trilogy combines Metroid Prime, Metroid Prime 2 and Metroid Prime 3 onto one disk. Metroid Prime 1&2 are regarded as two of the best games on the Gamecube. Each has had their graphics slightly improved and been modified so that they have widescreen modes and use the same controls as Metroid Prime 3.
The Metroid Prime Trilogy games chronicle the adventures of Samus Aran and the mysterious substance called phazon.
Several hundred years in the future Samus (a bounty hunter) intercepts a distress signal from a Space Pirate frigate, when she goes to investigate, Ridley, the dragon-like leader of the Space Pirates and murderer of Samus' parents, lures her to the Planet Tallon IV. On Tallon she finds a huge meteor that the Space Pirates are mining for phazon, a dangerous mutagen. The pirates have been experimenting with the phazon for some time, and Samus must put a stop to it.
The games take place in enormous, mainly underground worlds and are very exploration-orientated. For example it is common to reach an room from which you cannot continue, and only by going back and collecting an upgrade can you advance. Each new upgrade you find opens new areas, like the suit which protects you from heat allowing you to explore volcanic areas, or the ability to roll into a ball so that you can get through tight spaces. I would highly recommend the game if you enjoy exploration and games such as the Zelda series.
The games use a first-person perspective and uses the Wii remote's pointer function to aim Samus' weapon and the Nunchuk's analogue stick is used to control Samus' movement. The game's difficulty begins at the level of a good amateur on Normal mode and rises to a degree that would challenge a talented professional on Hard and Hyper difficulty modes.
As the combination of 3 full-length games Metroid Trilogy represents one of the longest and best-value games on Wii. My personal play-time is over 80 hours even though I have half of Echoes to go before I've finished. (Although, as you may have already guessed, I am slightly obsessed)

Well, you can never beat the classics. I actually haven't tried the wii version of Metroid Prime. If its anything like Metroid Prime 3, then I believe that the wii version of Metroid Prime would be the superior version. The gameplay would be smoother and more revolutionized. Also, the graphics for the wii version are more refined compared to the Gamecube version of Prime. Good Answer?

It's probably someone new or Sylux from Metroid: Hunters Incorrect, but good guess. In both the regular and alternate endings, you see Samus's Hunter-Class Gunship, with her in it, or sitting beside it (in the alt. ending).
