Yes. In "Closing Time", it is shown that she is met by the eyepatch woman and two Silences. River Song is forced into a space suit, then submerged in Lake Silencio. She is seen thinking of the 'Tick Tock Goes The Clock' song at the end of the episode. In a previous episode, it shows her getting out and shooting the doctor. No one knows what they spoke of before she shoots him, however.
Initially, people believed it was River Song, but after the recent episode with the Tardis some people may say that it's the Tardis. it is really said that the doctor's wife is time.
