No, despite being shown as such in the 1980 classic, Clash of the Titans, Thetis is not an Olympian. While she was an ancient goddess (a granddaughter of Tethys, the Titan who ruled the seas with Oceanus).
Thetis' only relevance in mythology is from a prophecy of Prometheus, who warned Zeus (who was wooing her at the time) that Thetis would bear a son who would eclipse his father in power. Zeus married Thetis to Peleus, and she bore him a son: Achilles.
