No. Windows 9x is a term used to describe the DOS-based operating systems Windows 95 and Windows 98, similar versions of Microsoft Windows which were produced in the 1990s. Occasionally, Windows Me is also included in the term, as it is very similar in many respects.

Does vista have the same file system as Windows 7?

The file systems supported by Windows XP and Windows Vista are essentially the same. However, Windows Vista does not support booting from FAT32 partitions, and Windows XP does not support Windows Vista's Shadow Copy feature (which makes automatic backups of files) and will delete the backups if it accesses an NTFS Windows Vista partition.

Is windows XP Vista better than just Windows Vista or is it the same thing?

There is no such thing as "Windows XP Vista." There is Windows XP and there is Windows Vista. They are two different versions of the Windows operating system (XP is older than Vista). As to which is better (XP or Vista) if that is your question -- I think most people would say that XP is better, but this probably depends on which operating system you are used to and what type of work you do with the computer. That said, even Windows Vista is out of date, now. New machines will have Windows 8 (or Windows 7 if it is slightly older).

How do you connect Windows 7 computer with Windows Vista computer?

Windows computers are made to communicate with each other as long as they are on the same internet Network. You could have Windows XP communicate with Windows Vista and Windows Vista communicate with Windows 7. They will all talk with each other and you should have no problems aslong as your Network is properly setup and they are all on the same network. Once they are connected, turning on File or Folder Sharing will give you access on your Windows 7 to your Windows Vista or the other way around.
