As a person with severe Asthma, I can tell you that hardwood and also tiled floors are much better. This is because the carpet doesn't get fully clean when you vacuum it and can hold in lots of pollen and dust. When I tiled my house my asthma got a lot better.
I have heard that swimming helps people to breath better, but I'm not sure it works for asthmatic people
No.
Yes, in fact they do. My friend is very asthmatic and hes favorite drink is milk
well:) if you have asthma your lungs tend to be weaker than non-asthmatic people so if your doing a race and your asthmatic you will get out of breathe quicker. but that doesn't stop asthmatics people i mean many asthmatic people are top athletes hope that helped:)

Home Depot does offer hardwood flooring installation for people who want to replace their current flooring. Home Depot installers are generally good at what they do, and their work comes with a warranty, which is protection for the consumer.
You can find information on putting oak hardwood flooring at a hardware store, or from your friends. People at a hardware store generally can help out better though.
