Is clickdvdshowscom a scam or are they just bad business people?

BOTH - I ordered an item Thanksgiving weekend for Christmas. They promise 8-10 days delivery. After no delivery by Christmas, I obviously inquired. So far, this could happen to any buyer and merchant. Now the fun starts. They don't reply to emails or voicemails in a timely fashion. I then get a call on New Year's eve from a nasty man who basically hustled me in a rude manner, telling me that there was an (1) attempted delivery and the item was returned. He badgered me wanting to know why it wasn't delivered. I said that is my precise question to you. He seemed more annoyed at paying for shipping than pleasing an already disappointed customer. After his continued badgering, I simply hung up. He called me back and started cursing at me to which I replied 'happy new year' and hung up. He then called me back and left a very expletive voicemail (WHICH I SAVED) saying, "maybe you should pay your bills you F___ slimey dirtbag S____ my D______ ". Oh, I forgot to say clickdvdshows had my money a few days after the order date. I did finally get a refund after disputing charge with CC company. Then today, I finally get an email reply apologizing for the delayed order and requesting an alternate address - as if the harrassment and badgering by them never happened. Well, my response to them is 'shove the dvds up your A___'. This company is a bunch of very bad business people at best, and more likely a scam. Unless you want to spend a lot of time disputing your charges with credit card companies, stay clear of 'clickdvdshows'.com.

P.S. They are not in the U.S. and they show no respect for any U.S. business law.
