Not really. Deny has two meanings: First it means to claim that an accusation is false E.g. "You stole the money!" "I deny that accusation." Secondly, it means to deprive somebody of something which they would ordinarily have E.g. "Her husband denied her the love and respect due to a wife." Reject does not mean either of these two things. It is the opposite of "accept" and means to throw out (it literally means "to throw back", the way you would throw back undersized fish when fishing), return or set aside. E.g. "The publisher rejected my manuscript; he sent it back." "Elizabeth Bennet rejected Mr. Darcy's offer of marriage." "We had to reject three cases of tomatoes they tried to sell us which had gone rotten."
