Is douching the anus with the shower-head at a very low pressure dangerous I relax open up my bum-hole and hold the shower-head over my anus while the rest of my body faces down. Is that dangerous?

dangerous, no. But it may be like a colonic and stimulate evacuation of the rectum.

Dangerous, YES! Folks have died from air, water, any number of things introduced under pressure into various parts of their bodies.

The problem with a direct connection to any water service is that no matter what speed/volume you set, the max presure is always there to overcome anything. Typical well presures around 35PSI and city water can be as high as 45PSI.

The only safe method to administer any anal (or otherwise) solution for whatever purpose is to use a hanging bag type applicator no higher than your head. This of course assumes you are otherwise healthy and doctors approve. Never ever ever connect your body to any presure source of any kind. A weak colon area or a small weakness in a vaginal wall can cause death.
