but think logicly here we will look at both sides of the argument
in favour- maybe the reason general grevious goes after ahsoka if the chace arises is the fact that he does like her
against - he hates jedi

I would answer with yes - absolutely. Once he took on the title "Darth" and became an apprentice to Darth Sidious, he became a Sith Lord. Even the apprentices in the Rule of Two created by Darth Bane are Sith Lords. If you are a Sith after the time of Darth Bane - then you are a Sith Lord whether you are the master or the apprentice.
