The website has all the credentials to be a scam.

Design and layout of the site painful, no clear information about who actually manages the site, zero-mail addresses and telephone and, in particular, lack of transparency about payment methods accepted. The domain [http://whois.domaintools.com/hatscenter ....] has been reported only recently (10/04/2013) on behalf of a certain Balazs Kovacs (probably fictitious name).

As for payments via credit cards accepted sites of dubious reliability, payments on accounts MoneyGram and Western Union (one of the preferred methods of scammers because we offer no guarantees). The respective accounts are payable to Shao and Wu Xia Ying who are both living in Putian (Fujian, China), home to several scams.

On the site you see the VeriSign Secured logo, but it is not clickable, it is false. A simple Among other things, as further proof, certification VeriSign Secured officially no longer exists because it has been replaced by Norton Secured already from April 2012.

Much the same for the McAfee Secure logo which does not mention the date hereof, and you can not click.

Buying on the internet can be risky but if you pay due attention is very difficult to be deceived. Always prefer sites that accept payments via PayPal and / or cash, a priori wary of excessively low prices. If paying with a card is preferable to use one of those on which rechargeable pour the exact amount so as to avoid withdraw more money than necessary.
