Truthfully, it is not bad for your eyes even if the lenses do have power in them, but doing so can cause symptoms such as eye strain, headaches, and fatigue.

No. It is very good. They improve your looks as long as you don't choose to wear plastic and full rim ones. The least comfortable are the retro gasses. I love my glasses.

The only problem is if you have a low prescription. you can get retinal dyspriopathy by not wearing your glasses full time.

I am not saying that all glasses are bad for your eyes. they can only be bad if you have no vision problems. if you have a hard time seeing clearly, you must go to the eye doctor and they will take a eye vision test to see how bad your eyesight is. after they do that they give you a glasses level number. either you can take the prescription and buy that glasses from a specific store like target or Walmart not a food or cloths store obviously. another choice you have is that you can pick a glasses from your eye doctor. So what I'm saying is that if you have eye problems then it's not bad to wear glasses you actually should wear them when you have eye problems. if you have absolutely no problems then yes it is bad for your eyes because if there is something that your eye does not need, it doesn't need it so what's the point of putting glasses on? is this enough answering or do you need more? Each pair of glasses is made to fit a particular set of eyes. The doctor writes a prescription for the lenses. Your eyes are different than the person whose glasses you put on and it could ruin your eyes with long term use.
