Of course you should tell her. The last thing that a girl likes is to be lied to. Tell her the truth and even if she says no, at least you have tried.

I'm a girl and if a boys i don't like told me that he likes me I feel weird around them, but if i like that person it's like the sweetest thing in the world. It also depend on the girl, if it' a normal average girl they will probably feel weird around them if they don't like them. If it's a girl who likes attention, they will LOVE IT! If it's a shy girl, they either think your weird or they feel happy. If it's a popular girl that's sassy, they would probably 'grade' you on looks, popularity. If it's a nice popular girl, they will most likely be like the average girl. A mean girl, well . . . WAIT! Why do you want to go out with this girl? Because shes PRETTY!? Don't just judge a girl on looks! A little can be on looks but not that much!

Well it really doesn't matter what time, it depends on if he likes you or not, Maybe try showing it in actions or emotions. But before you tell them you might want to know if he likes you or not. Because i have a boyfriend and he liked me also i even noticed it lots of times so i decided to say it and he said he liked me back than 2 days later he asked me out, so try noticing it but if you see nothing than get one of your friends to ask him but of course we all know that, that would be a little creepy lol but good luck!

i told my friend i like him and asked him if he liked me. he said he does, and his friend was nearby and said that if we like each other we should go out. he said we don't have 2 go out, I said "Well we could, but you've got to have to ask me out first" and he asked me out.. we've been dating for 3 weeks!
