It depends on the sentence. For example:

Someone stole mom's car.

I heard your mom's going to Germany.

A lot of moms will be at the party.

Basically, 'mom's' is the possessive form of mom and another way of saying 'mom is' while 'moms' is the plural of 'mom'.

The spelling "your moms" is a plural noun, meaning your have more than one mom (one mom, two moms). The spelling "your mom's" has an apostrophe, which indicates it is a possessive noun, e.g. your mom's purse, your mom's nose.

That would depend where you are using it in a sentence.

Mom and I went for a walk. (You wouldn't say "Me went for a walk".)

Dad gave both me and Mom presents from his trip. (You wouldn't say "Dad gave I presents...") But I'd actually prefer "Dad gave both Mom and me presents from his trip."

You would never say "me and mom".

Correct: Mom and I baked cookies.

Mom and I went to the mall.
