However, these cells swim around and are transported by semen, a light whitish fluid produced in the male reproductive organs. When the penis is stimulated (like when masturbating), this fluid is released from the tip of the penis; sometimes called cumming or cum. I asume this is what you are concerned about. When boys are young and rlease this fluid ( called having an ejaculation) it starts out clear and in very SMALL amounts. As you mature, the semen becomes a bit white in color. At sixteen, you are still growing and maturing, and as you get older, you will produce semen. DON"T WORRY about it! It will happen soon! <
