If it's like a nest of hair, then yes it's okay for even 12 year olds to shave down there.
At 12-years-old you should not need to be shaving. Any pubic hair that grows is natural, it is unnecessary and only for personal preference.

∙ 14y agoThe thing is that dont start shaving yet because as u grow up the shaving will cause more prblms u will gt tired of shaving and ur hairs will bcme hard.So my advice is that when u r 14 start shaving with a trimmer and as you turn 18 or 17 start using the shaving blade.
