No this is a bad idea because if she finds out then you and her will end up having a massive argument and she might end up not letting you see the child at all. Its best to be truthful and she will respect that and realise you both need to move on.
I don't think it is a good idea but if the child is yours you have a responsibility--legal and moral--to help support or raise the child.
