There are human beings who have never gotten a shot/vaccination in their lives and they may have gotten sick to some degree...depending on what you mean by "sick"...however, there are reports of some of these individuals reaching the age of 100 years. They live in areas where they are not exposed to all of the pathogens found in urban areas, eat diets vastly different from the Standard American Diet, SAD diet :( and exercise daily. It is "possible" but your question depends on many variables...especially your health and immune system as well as environmental factors.
