Yes it is possible to be able to travel to other countries and HIV positive. the only way other people find out is if you let them now
A passport is basically your identification document allowing you to travel to other countries - without it, you can't cross international borders.
Yes. It is possible for a UK citizen to buy property and live in the other countries of Europe such as Spain without visa and permit.
If you fly, you would not go through any countries. Over sea, it would also be possible to get from Dublin to Italy without going through any country. Overland, there are many routes you could take. Going from Dublin to Rosslare in the southeast of Ireland, you could get a ferry to France and travel from there to Italy without going through any other country, so that would be the least amount of countries it is possible to go through overland.
Yes, if you travel frequently.
Yes
It is as safe as traveling to other countries.
Nah Bro

That depends. Anyone from a Shengen Agreement country may travel to any other Shengen Agreement country without a passport. US citizens and Canadian citizens may criss-cross the border by land without passports. (for now...) There are other examples out there. Please reask your question with more specific detail, such as "Where can a Zimbabwean travel without a passport". If you REALLY mean what your question implies, then the answer is "NO". All countries have some sort of passport requirement for entry by some (or most) other country's citizens.
It was harder to travel without aircrafts and automobiles. Since it took longer it was also more dangerous to travel, but that doesn't mean that no-one traveled to other countries or cities, it was just less common.
