Definately not! If losing weight is your aim then go for a run or try another form of exercise that you like. But do not eat that way,...it can seriously harm your body. A smart idea would be to talk to your doctor before you try anything that could be unhealthy. But eating only 400 calories a day is not the way to go. Trust me on this one. Viola. Depending on your natural size and metabolism you shouldn't eat fewer than 1200-1500 calories a day. Anything below 1500 for an average size person can be considered starvation and is very dangerous. It wont make you beautiful, just sick.
