My pain specialist says no. He told me that if I plan to become pregnant, I need to wean myself off the medicine and then schedule an appointment to find a safe alternative. You should talk to your doctor about how to safely come off Gabapentin, and how long to be off the medicine before becoming pregnant.

No I just saw a post on Facebook, it killed a mother’s baby at 39 weeks!! Just a horrible way she died with no fluid in the womb and had blisters all over!! Poor baby had to suffer cause some doctor thought it was safe for pregnant women.
