No! The Hastings Pier & White Rock Trust and Hastings Borough Council are working to bring it back. There is a Heritage Lottery Fund for which the final bid goes in in August 2012, and dependent on this ;lans to put in place a progressive upgrade, with one stage subsidising the next.
