We wear clothes all day; our skin needs to breathe. If you change for bed i.e. you wear pyjamas then it is okay but I would say that you should not wear your clothes in bed. We sweat during the day and we pick up dirt from the air so it is not nice to sleep in this.
Depends where you are or what season. If it's winter and your heating isn't great, then i suggest you wear clothes unless you want to get sick but on e.g summer when it's not cold, then it's find to sleep with little to non. And as for sleeping with tons of clothes, you would wake up feeling so d*mn uncomfortable that you'll remove it in the middle of the night.
Sleeping with clothes isn't bad. If you sleep with tons of clothes and blankets, however, you could cut off circulation. Just make sure you don't overdo blankets, no matter how cold it is.
It depends on our point's of view. Some doctors have said that it's okay to sleep au naturale, but if there's nookie overnight, the sheet's should be changed. It's your call. I have slept unclothed since I was 14. And that was 47 years ago.
sleeping clothes are worn when you go to sleep. without sleeping clothes you will have nothing to wear when you go to sleep. you like to wear pants when you sleep of course not it make you uncomfortable.
I suppose that is up to you. But the clothes will likely make sleeping uncomfortable. They will get wrinkled too.
Sleeping is healthy. Oversleeping can be dangerous to a person health.

Sleeping naked is generally more comfortable and can keep you cooler on very warm nights. Also, if you sleep with a partner, sleeping naked can keep you both warm much more effectively than sleeping with clothes on. It is also good when your clothes dont follow your body. You wont have to worry about clothes getting in the way anymore when sleeping naked.
It feels great in fact i did it last night its wonderful!
