Yes, it is wrong. You should be old enough to know a 10 year old is not able to fully grasp what "making love" means. Psychologically, physically and concerning responsibility and dangers and also the future of their life. It is illegal even with consent for a good reason.
If the 10 year old should actually keep pushing for it themselves, tell them it's not right for them to do that and ask them to wait until they're older and fully know what it means.
