Not really, because the condition of being your daughter-in-law is dependent on being married to your son. And she is no longer married to your son. Typically I would introduce her by her name and as a friend, a much more prestigious title than being your son's ex-wife.
It depends, if he left her without death being the cause, then no. However if he died then technically yes, he is still your son-in-law.
