No, for most people it's crucial. You are married but still a individual. I remember when the kids were young and if they weren't with or on me, my husband was there. If I hadn't had my personal time I would've exploded. It can be a hobby or just going for a walk. I remember that for my dad it was sneaking away 5 in the morning on Sundays to go fishing. It makes you a better human, parent and spouse.
