Im sorry, but unfortunately no, they arent safe, and specially when your expectin a baby they may cause side effects. I know I'm not sumone you should listen to cause you don't know me but if you aks me i wouldn't do it. They can make you feel temporary happiness which is pleasure but not eternal happiness

With my experience, Silicon breast implants are the softest and most natural feeling compared with the other fillers. When it comes to trying to duplicate the natural "bounce" or "jiggle" of natural breasts, Silicone is also the best bet for this. I've read that Saline implants make noise with movement, like a water balloon. The alternative the "gummy bear" implant, which is harder. Silicone? If your over the scare, knowing they've just recently been approved by the fda.
