It does not seem likely at this point, seeing as they are working on their film and finalising their album. Touring is the last thing on their mind.
However, anything is possible! Although they are collectively very busy working on Boosh, (And individually busy as well with their own projects), they just may travel about when their new album drops. It will hopefully be out this autumn (2010).

The Mighty Boosh was not cancelled. Creators Julian Barratt and Noel Fielding did a tour in 2008/2009 after the third series. They then worked on, and released, a book (The Mighty Book Of Boosh), did a small American tour and are now (August 2010) currently working on a film. But their television show is not cancelled. They may come back and do another series in the future. For now they are completing their album, and working on the film.

Unfortunately, no. They are currently working on their album, and film. The Boosh album is set to release Autumn 2010, so they may promote it by travelling around and maybe making appearances at HMVs or the like, but nothing is set in stone at this point.
