There is no fuse that is just for low beam. There is however a headlight fuse. Look in your owner's manual for the location.

yes and no... all aspire suspension parts front and rear will bolt directly to the festiva body... however the parts are not the same so you have to change the entire structure over to aspire suspension.. the 2 cars share a few individual parts like axle beam and various nuts and bolt. the aspire and festiva also have different wheel lug patterns so you need to have aspire wheels also and spare.... so if you change only the front or only the rear you will need to carry 2 spares.
Some vehicles have a separate fuse or breaker for high vs low beam but if not, it's probably the switch or a connector. You'll need to do a little legwork to figure out what's wrong. Test components, don't just replace parts.
Try pushing the turn signal lever forward, or pulling it toward you. This is a common location for the high beam switch.
The 1971 Corvette High Beam headlight switch is located on the floorboard, actuated by the driver's left foot, like most cars of that period. However, Corvette hid it under the carpet, with a reinforced pad molded into the carpet over the switch location. Neat huh?
