At time of writing (2014), there is no known or proven method of curing the Ebola virus once you are infected.

Depending on the particular stain of the virus, the Death Rate can be as high as 9 out of 10 infections.

People who survive infection do so because their bodies are strong and are able to put up some form of resistance to the the infection.

Normally from time of infection it takes 10 to 14 days to present symptoms, thereafter, if you are unlucky it will probably kill you within three days.

Please see the comments below, they were posted as well, although cannot be verified:

As of now there may be a cure. I heard on the Canadian radio show, "As It Happens", that scientists there successfully used an experimental vaccine to save a young woman.

There was a 21-day incubation period, but she pulled through. I'd also heard that Hyperbaric (high-pressure) oxygen stops "flesh-eating" or unusual diseases, because they are anaerobic (flourish when no oxygen is present.)

[The second part is partly true, however, most Ebola cases are in distant and sometimes very inaccessible rural areas, here it would be difficult to even find electricity, let alone a Hyperbaric chamber]

Ebola is a virus, therefore it has no official cure or vaccine. Treatment is primarily supportive, meaning that fluids, nutrients, and blood can be transfused via machine, and patient is made as comfortable as possible. But taking care of symptoms can only help so much. Depending on the strain of Ebola, the mortality rate is as high as 9 out of 10 infections.

Yes, they have a cure. Ebola can be killed with a cure. Determining how strong your immune system is you could most likely fight off the disease without a cure too.
