no there are no "cheats" in halo, thought many glitches
No.
No you cannot duel wield and no bubble shields etc. or radar it truly makes it a different game play.
You cannot, you can equip a dual wield weapon, or a sword and shield, which is still a dual wield weapon. You cannot equip a dagger and a sword at the same time though, unless of course it is a dual wield wield weapon. (One bag slot)
You can, one involves pickup a Dual-Wieldable weapon and support weapon simultaneously and another involves a Dual-Wieldable weapon and an Objective such as a Flag, a Bomb, or the Oddball. There are a lot of videos on YouTube that explain this very well.
sadly not yet
You have to buy two of the same weapon tht say it can dual wield such as an Uzi desert eagle and others
You can not dual wield energy swords in halo 3 but there are rumors that you can in halo reach.
Yes, from level 20 on a Hunter can learn to dual-wield weapons from his trainer. You can dual wield any one-handed weapon the hunter has proficiency in. Hunters cannot learn to use 2 guns, or dual-wield 2-handed weapons.
The weapon has to be a double weapon. You can't just buy any weapon and have 2. When you buy it or get it when you equip it should automatically become 2 if it is a double weapon. So the person who answered this is partially correct. If you want to Dual Wield a weapon you have to look for the "Dual" before the name or simply look at the weapon icon. If it's a dagger shape, then that means it's a dual wield weapon.
Soz bungie took out the dual-welding feature in reach for some reason.
Well it's "Combat Evolved" . Anyway, probably Halo 2 due to better graphics and dual wield.
Yes a hunter can Dual-Wield.
there aren't any
