i believe this is a recall by Toyota. if so, it is a bad srs computer under the middle of the center console. I recommend taking it to Toyota and see if it is a recall. if not, see where the problem is and fix it. there is a reason why the light is on. maybe wiring or a spiral cable is bad, maybe a sensor was disconnected or a rodent chewed up some wires, I don't know, but whatever the reason for the light, it must be checked and corrected.
