Obama is VERY SMART so far no one has figured it out. The first thing he did was make himself a Visa, with virtual unlimited credit and no way to pay even the int-rist it bears. He knew what and why he did it. He reminded us through out his campaign that we as; "Americans have over spent our income. Spent and maxed your credit cards. You have made bad choices and now you are in need of a bailout."
If he does not take over health care and does not have the ability to use that money we as a nation will be bankrupt in a year. The amount of money the health care pushes in one day would and could be used. Just like social security and medicare he has to have a fund that no one can keep track of and use as he sees fit.
If every one demanded an income report and a out go report of every one that goes into this kitty it would bring our officials totally against it. That is where the truth Lie's.
Make all bills, funds, bailouts have there names on it and verify it goes only to its means, and comes only from its means. NO MORE WORRIES. Anyone tries anything else will be shot for treason against the USA.
